You've read the birth books, followed the accounts, maybe even started a new birth plan. You know your rights, you've researched your options, and you're trying so hard to make sure next time is different.
But if you're honest with yourself, you still feel a knot in your stomach when someone mentions pregnancy or birth. You spiral into "what ifs" that you can't seem to turn off, and some days you wonder if you'll ever feel safe in your body again.
You're doing all the external preparation and still feel completely unprepared on the inside. You tell yourself you're fine, and then a birth announcement comes up on your feed and you're not fine at all.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
Which means no amount of planning, researching, or controlling your next birth will heal what happened in your last one.
The fear doesn't live in your birth plan. It lives in your nervous system, in your body, in the stories you've been quietly telling yourself since the moment everything went sideways.
Until you heal that, you can prepare all you want and still walk into your next birth carrying every ounce of the last one. That's not your fault, and it is absolutely something you can change.
You wake up one morning and realise you've been thinking about your next pregnancy with curiosity instead of dread. You feel something settle in your body when you imagine that birth room, not certainty that everything will go perfectly, but genuine trust that you will be okay no matter what unfolds.
You know what you want, you know what you need, and you know how to advocate for yourself calmly and clearly, not from panic but from a deep, grounded knowing that you have already done the inner work. You've gone from bracing yourself against birth to feeling genuinely ready for it. That shift isn't magic. It's what happens when you heal the right thing.

I was 21 the first time birth trauma changed my life.
A three-day induction, a fourth degree tear, a vacuum delivery, and a doctor telling me I'd likely be incontinent for life. Then at 26, going into labour before a schedule caesarean that turned in an emergency caesarean.
For years after both births, I did what most of us do. I pushed it down, I stayed busy, but curious and kept studying, kept working and kept researching.
What I didn't understand then, and what I've since spent eleven years, a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, and a Masters in Counselling understanding, is that my body wasn't broken. It was protecting me. Trauma has an actual roadmap for healing, one that starts on the inside, not with a better birth plan.
I built Ready & Regulated because I know exactly what it costs to spend years trying to heal the wrong thing. This is everything I wish I'd had between my two births to help me to actually feel ready for birth again and heal my nervous system.
You've had a birth experience that left you feeling unsafe, unheard, or out of control.
You desperately want another baby but the fear of another birth feels impossible to move through.
You're tired of being told to "just focus on the positive" or "at least you have a healthy baby"
You've been trying to prepare externally and still feel completely unprepared emotionally.
You're ready to actually heal, not just cope, and you want a clear, guided path to do it

No. Many women come to this course just needing to heal before they feel ready to even consider another pregnancy. Wherever you are in that journey, this course meets you there.
The course is fully self-paced, so you move through it in whatever way works for your life. Some women move through a phase a week, while others take longer. There's no pressure and no expiry date on your access. The recommended pace is to take one phase per month with one video each week, but it something you will continuously come back to in your journey.
This course draws on counselling principles, naturopathic foundations, and somatic nervous system work, but it is not a replacement for clinical therapy. If you're experiencing severe PTSD, suicidal ideation, or acute mental health symptoms, please reach out to a mental health professional. This course is designed to complement and support healing, not replace clinical care.
The modules are designed to be moved through at your own pace. You don't need hours each day. Even fifteen to twenty minutes of intentional engagement with the material will create real shifts.
Birth trauma is defined by how you felt, not by what "objectively" happened. If your birth left you feeling unsafe, unheard, or out of control, that is valid and this course is for you. There is no minimum level of trauma required to deserve support and healing.
Most birth trauma resources focus on the external: your rights, your next birth plan, your choices. This course goes to the root. It works with your nervous system, your mindset, your body, and your intuition together, which is why it creates a different kind of shift.
If you've made it this far, something in you already knows this is what you need.
I built this course from eleven years of experience, two traumatic births of my own, and hundreds of hours sitting with women who felt exactly the way you feel right now: broken, scared, and quietly wondering if they'll ever feel like themselves again.
You are not broken, you are not behind, and you have not missed your window for healing or for the birth you want. You just need the right support, in the right order, starting in the right place.
I'll see you inside.
