Hey, I'm Rhiannah
I am a qualified naturopath and currently completing my master’s in counselling, who is here to empower mothers to find their voice, their spark and themselves in the throws of motherhood. Drawing from my own experience with birth trauma, postnatal depression, anxiety and struggling to find my new identity as a mother, I am uniquely qualified to support you through this transition of Matrescence. My experience ignited a fierce desire to create a motherhood revolution and advocate for women to embrace a different path, to heal and to align their life with their values and live the life of their dreams.
When J first started working with me she was really struggling after having her second baby. She experienced a traumatic birth, so postpartum just wasn’t looking like what she thought it would be. J now has the awareness of her negative thought patterns and the tools to actually make changes that ripples throughout her family. “I’m actually really proud of myself for making changes to help myself and not surrendering to the struggle and standing up to it and committing to my health, wellbeing and happiness”.
