Both of my births were traumatic. I once believed I was “one and done,” until I found the courage to birth again, without truly understanding what my body and nervous system still needed.
Since then, I’ve supported over 80 women to process birth trauma, facilitated trauma-informed support groups, and trained health professionals in preventing and responding to birth trauma.
I work preventatively, gently, and deeply, holding women through pregnancy so they don’t have to carry this alone.
