After my own traumatic birth experiences and enduring postpartum depression, anxiety and PTSD, I have made it my mission to support other mothers through this time so that they don't feel the way that I did.

An 8-week live group experience designed for mothers who have experienced birth trauma and want to feel calm, confident, and regulated as they prepare for another baby, or make peace with their decision not to.
A 12-week program to become the woman who feels safe, confident and in control of her next birth. This is for you if you've had a traumatic birth and really want to have another baby but feel terrified at the thought. This program will guide you to feeling ready to give birth again by regulating your nervous system, rebuilding self-trust and envisioning the future.

My biggest transformation has been looking at things from a grounded/nourished perspective and having information to change my mindset about all things motherhood. From being so rattled and scared to now being in a good place. I’m really happy, my flashbacks have stopped and now I’m enjoying motherhood and my baby. I’ve got a lot more tools now to deal with what this season throws at me.
