The path that led me here today began as a mother who felt shattered by birth, only to piece together a purpose rooted in empathy, strength and spiritual growth.
I have been to the depths after birth trauma and suffered through the fight of postpartum depression and anxiety and came out the other side. I don't want you to feel the way that I did.
My approach to counselling and coaching is holistic and intuitive and I create a really safe space where you feel heard and validated in your feelings and your experience. You are so worthy of taking care of yourself. I super value being empathetic, non-judgemental and client-centred (that means it's all about YOU)!
I believe that healing comes from regulating the nervous system, reconnecting with yourself and building a life that honours your mental health and is aligned to your values. I work with you to create sustainable change that empowers you to thrive, not just survive.
I have truly been where you are and have the lived experience of having had two traumatic births, completely lost myself in motherhood, experienced postpartum depression and anxiety and dealt with the physical injuries from my birth trauma, still to this day. I really get it and I can show you the way through.
