Or you have just started trying to conceive your next baby and that's why it's all bubbling up to the surface. You know that to move forward and fall pregnant again, that you need to process your last birth so you don't carry that same story into the next one.
You're not broken, and you're not ungrateful. You're a mother who went through something significant and hasn't had the space to actually talk about it yet, not with someone who really knows how to hold it.

You're early in your postpartum journey and something about your birth is still sitting with you... in your body, your thoughts, in the way you feel about becoming a mother. You don't need to have had an "objectively traumatic" birth to deserve this space. If it's staying with you, it matters.

As a counsellor, naturopath and birth cartographer, I support women to process their birth trauma and feel ready for another baby.
I'm also someone who has lived through birth trauma twice and spent years finding my way back to myself. I built this session because I desperately wished it had existed for me in those raw early months.
I hold this session as one of the most sacred things I offer. Your story will be received with complete care, without judgement, and without anyone telling you how you should feel about it.
